Client Service Representative

We recognize that our front desk teams are the critical component for the smooth operation of our clinics and are looking to add to that team at our Vancouver location in Kitsilano.

Abilities

• Excel at providing friendly and warm service to clients.
• Have experience with and an aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and cash sales/reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.
• Set high standards of performance and assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing duties.
• Actively contribute to building a cohesive team in an environment where teamwork is essential to the successful flow of the operation.
• Confidently assume responsibility for the clinic while working a solo shift.
• Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset.
