Description
Coast Performance Rehabilitation has an exciting opportunity at our Vancouver/Kitsilano location for an experienced Manager to join a team of energetic people who are passionate about providing outstanding service and helping their patients live healthier active lives. We are looking for a hard-working, committed leader who has experience creating a positive work environment through encouragement and recognition. The ideal candidate is ready to make a commitment with an organization that will support and encourage their growth.
Managing the Client Services team and daily operations of the clinic are the main duties. Other duties include but are not limited to; hiring, training, scheduling, daily cash reconciliation/deposits, inventory, and ordering of clinic supplies.
To excel in this position you must possess the experience or ability to provide the following:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, and initiative to organize and fine-tune systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives.
- Experience and aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and cash sales/reconciliation.
- Experience managing a team schedule to maximize service volume.
- Continually coach, develop and mentor the Client Service team while monitoring performance to ensure that each team member is providing our clients with exceptional service.
- Hire and train according to the clinic business volume requirements.
- Proactively act on any disciplinary issues in a timely manner.
- Experience in a health clinic, spa, or fitness facility will be considered an asset.
- Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset.
- Interest and knowledge of Physiotherapy, Active Rehab, and Massage Therapy.

Pay: $21.50-$24.00 per hour
