The shifts (35-40 hours/week) will be scheduled as both our Front Desk Receptionist and as our Clinical Support Assistant. This is the perfect position for someone sociable who enjoys being on their feet, interacting with patients and keeping their work environment tidy and clean. The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7am-7:30pm, as well as Saturdays 8am-4pm. The ideal candidate must be available during these hours and able to work in a very busy team-based environment. *Clinical Support Worker duties will include:* * Helping clinicians with patient flow and setting up treatment rooms * Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in all areas of the clinic, including doing laundry * Following our Covid-19 cleaning procedures * Application of electromodalities such as heat, tens, ultrasound, laser etc. (training will be provided) *Front Desk Receptionist duties will include:* * Answering the phone and emails * Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner * Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients * Billing for patients and managing 3rd Party Claims (WSBC, MSP, ICBC, Private Insurance) * Receiving payments and end of day paperwork *Qualifications:* * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Punctual and dependable * Available to work early mornings and/or evening shifts, as well as Saturdays * Experience with the JANE booking software is an asset, but not required * Professional manner when it comes to the confidentiality of the clients Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person
