Description
Job deion:
Welcome and acknowledge all residents according to building standards. Assist residents with their day to day needs and their inquiries. Follow policies and procedures, ensure personal appearance are clean and professional. Each interaction must be professional, personal and using clear and professional language. Answer telephone using appropriate etiquette and customer service. Must be computer literate and familiar with basic data entry and good phone and email etiquette
Skills and experience
- Previous experience with buildings is desirable but not a must.
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly,
- Be well spoken, well presented and organized
- Computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Excellent attention to details and multi - tasking.
- Strong people skills, willingness to work as a team
Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 3 pm
Monday to Wednesday 3 pm to 11pm
