Type: Internal & External – Full-Time (Temporary for one year)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $54,000 annually, plus a competitive leave and benefits package after an initial disqualification period.
Program & Location: Vancouver Gastown Office & remote (hybrid)

About the Job:
Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment & Onboarding, the Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process. This detail-oriented and organized individual will handle various responsibilities, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking system management, candidate communication, documentation, and compliance. Additionally, the Coordinator will provide recruitment support and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial for success in this role. The position may involve other diverse and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Relevant experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ethical conduct and adherence to confidentiality
