While we continue to automate as many billing and claims activities as possible, there are just things computers can't do. That's where you come in. As the company's customer service coordinator, you work directly with the customer to resolve payment issues, provide them answers to their billing questions, help customers report their claims, and direct claims inquiries.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of Square One's support team, you are directly involved in all aspects of the company's operations. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Taking claims reports from clients.
- Handling payment related matters.
- Contributing to quality control initiatives.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Your experience and education, combined with training we provide, helps ensure your success at Square One. For this role, you have:
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- At least 1 year of tenure with a recent employer.
- A high school diploma and, preferably some post-secondary education.

- A base salary starting at $40,119 – 45,849 per year.
- 3-weeks, not 2-weeks, of vacation to start and an additional week after only 3 years.
