We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in print. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward completing tasks. Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, supporting the reception area as needed, and using print expertise to guide customers from concept to final product. This role requires in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and collaborate closely with the Jukebox team.

Are you It?

The perfect candidate will be high-spirited, fast-learning, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and stylish. It is mandatory that you have experience in the printing/graphic communications industry. Having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is an asset (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or e-commerce where you communicate directly with the public. Other requirements are:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3+ years in a customer service position - e.g. call centre, hospitality, retail
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • 1+ year in Print and/or Graphic Communications industry

The hired applicant will start working on a full-time basis immediately. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Training shifts will also be 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.
