Description
Are you a people person with a strong background in sales and marketing? We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team at Djobzy. In this role, you won’t just talk to potential users , you’ll actively convert interest into signups and help drive our growth. From making cold calls to following up on leads and supporting users, you’ll play a key role in expanding our user base and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Make cold calls to potential users and businesses to introduce and promote Djobzy’s services

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone to provide assistance and build relationships

  • Support sales initiatives by nurturing leads and consistently working to convert interest into signups

  • Assist in email marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users

  • Handle admin duties such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized records

  • Deliver a top-notch customer experience and act as a brand ambassador for Djobzy

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or marketing

  • Confident in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects

  • Familiar with CRM tools, lead tracking, or other sales platforms (preferred)

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Strong writing skills for customer-facing communication
