We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative team at ProShop ERP! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategy, responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various digital platforms to drive conversions and improve ROI. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data analysis, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through targeted digital channels.
- Campaign Development & Management: Strategically design, execute, and manage high-impact PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to drive conversions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize keywords, landing pages, and Ad Copy, and conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to enhance search visibility, drive organized traffic, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Manage tracking and conversion goals through tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hubspot. Present detailed reports and dashboards to internal teams and leadership, outlining campaign successes and areas for improvement.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to ensure all digital marketing materials are aligned with our brand voice and optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform digital strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Budget Management: Manage budget allocations, bidding strategies, and pacing for PPC campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 5+ years of experience in PPC campaign management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including GTM strategies, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in B2B SaaS is preferred, but not required.
Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.
Canada: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
