Description
You are an outstanding B2B Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes B2B digital marketing. You possess a knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, with a specialization in B2B digital marketing and technology marketing. Sound familiar?
IMPORTANT! This role requires the applicant to be located in the Greater Vancouver Area for hybrid work.
At Maven Collective Marketing, recognized as a 2024 Top Digital Strategy Company (TechBeheMoth), 2024 Best Company to Work With (GoodFirms) and 2023 B2B Agency of the Year (PRDaily), you will be responsible for helping strategize, design, and execute various digital marketing campaigns using a variety of digital tools and mediums across client accounts. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. This will include website launches, content marketing, events (both virtual & in-person), email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, brand development, video marketing, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project lifecycle.
Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
Consistently demonstrate excellence in proficient business and technical writing, within the individual voice, tone and messaging of each client.
Drive experienced performance with qualified lead generation through paid advertising campaigns.
Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
Keep campaigns, databases, lists, contacts, and touchpoints up-to-date.
Research, plan, and develop the overall digital marketing strategy for our clients.
Responsible for building content marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and website updates, as an overall strategy to drive brand awareness and web traffic.
Work in collaboration with a fast-paced team on paid advertising, sales outreach campaigns, nurture email marketing, and other buyer journey initiatives.
Work with account managers & clients to set specific marketing goals and targets that align with their overall direction and business objectives.
Use insights and data to identify each client's unique needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges and determine which digital marketing channels will be most effective.
Identify and set up the tracking of conversions at each step of the user journey to accurately attribute results to different marketing tactics.
Perform in-depth research and compile data to identify potential gaps, market trends, and new opportunities to support ongoing strategies.
Collaborate with our internal team to execute specific initiatives and campaigns to meet the objectives of the broader strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, or Digital Marketing Diploma.
Experience in B2B marketing and technology marketing.
Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Advertising & Social Media Advertising is a must.
Experience with SEO and SEM, content marketing is a must.
Experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress, Hubspot), MAS (e.g. Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, ClickDimensions, Dynamics Marketing), and CRM (e.g. Dynamics Sales, Hubspot CRM) systems is an asset.
Experience with B2B social media campaigns (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) is desired.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Bing Places, Microsoft Clarity, and Bing Webmaster Tools is an asset.
Fluency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Copilot) is required.
Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills, native or professional English required.
Agency experience or diverse backgrounds in different roles, and companies, are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage a cross-functional team.
Grasp of digital marketing best practices and emerging digital tools.
Comfortable being in a client-facing role and speaking to process and results.

COMPENSATION
The annual total compensation package for this role ranges from CAD 55,000 to CAD 75,000. This comprehensive package includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a robust benefits plan.
