THE TEAM
The mission of the Paid Media Department is to deliver targeted, world-class content across Paid Media channels to drive brand awareness.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Affiliate marketing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Aritzia’s Affiliate Marketing program. As the Manager, Affiliate Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the development of the Affiliate marketing strategy and lead the execution and optimization of the program. THE ROLE
As the Manager, Affiliate Marketing you will:
- Support the strategic channel approach for our Affiliate Marketing program
- Determine and select the network of advocates we want to work with
- Grow and nurture the network of affiliates
- Strategically allocate product and ensure successful delivery
- Seamlessly manage and measure our affiliate programs
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, Affiliate Marketing has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000–$170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
