Esthetician/Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in various treatments, along with your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, laser hair removal, and skincare consultations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques and eyelash extension application is a plus.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and client care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week
