Smile Innovations Group is national organization focused on the consolidation of dental labs and development of dental products and services. Our management team has a long history and experience in the dental and financial industries providing a wide range of knowledge. Our team has been involved in a long list of M&A deals and has experience in the operational management of large-scale businesses.
Deion:
Reporting to the Human Resources & Operations Manager, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting an array of HR programs including but not limited to, recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management.
Our ideal candidate is professional, business focused, calm under pressure, a multi-tasker, sees all sides of the situation and is comfortable asking the right questions to help support the business needs. General Responsibilities:
- Provides Human Resources support on a full range of HR functions including recruitment & retention, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management
- Updating HRIS system (BambooHR & Payworks)
- Supports the workplace Health and Safety program and compliance
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Drafting employment letters, offer letters, and any other paperwork as needed
- Benefits Administration
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Self-starter and results oriented
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and management
- Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, diplomacy and tact
- Must be a team player
- Ability to speak French an asset
