Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in landscaping, carpentry, masonry, or related fields, with a solid track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interact with clients daily, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in irrigation systems, low voltage lighting, and pool/pond construction, with hands-on experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
• Physically fit, capable of handling the demands of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality.
