Job Deion:

As a Marketing Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of digital assets, including content for websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Your creative work will directly contribute to enhancing our brand's visibility, engagement, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Design:
• Develop visually appealing and on-brand content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to ensure that designs effectively communicate key messages.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements to support content strategies.
• Digital Ad Design:
• Design eye-catching and effective digital ads for platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize ad designs for different formats and devices, ensuring high-quality visuals and adherence to platform specifications.
• Work with the marketing team to test and refine ad creatives based on performance data.
• Email Design:
• Design visually engaging email templates that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the email marketing team to ensure that designs align with campaign goals and branding guidelines.
• Stay updated on email design best practices, including mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
• Social Media Design:
• Create visually striking social media graphics, including posts, stories, and cover images, tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Work closely with the social media team to develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
• Stay current with social media trends and adapt designs to maximize engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design,or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
