Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns on assigned real estate projects;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns on schedule and within budget;
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively resolving them to avoid project delays;
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and deliverables;
- Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring all elements are completed to the highest standards;
- Ensure that all content and materials (digital, print, and event-based) are produced according to specifications and timelines; and
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, and digital assets, ensuring they align with project goals and brand guidelines
Management and Leadership
- Provide functional, technical direction and/or specialty advice; and
- Respectfully and capably representing the best interest of Peterson in all internal and external dealings
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Academic, technical and professional competence
- Completion of College diploma or certificate;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign), Google Analytics, Search Engine Marketing (Google Ad Words) and social media monitoring metrics; and
2. Work Experience and Job Skills
A demonstrated track record with a minimum of 5 years’ experience:
- Marketing in real estate or a related industry;
- Demonstrating strong graphic design work in marketing materials;
- Demonstrating flexibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes;
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail;
- Knowledge of the implementation and usage of CRM systems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally;
- Excellent ability to collaborate across functions and departments; and
- Self-motivated and independent with strong organizational and time management skills;
