We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, conscientious, experienced, and professional individual who is serious about joining our fast-growing company - as an Office Administrator/ Accounting Assistant.

Under the general supervision of the Controller and Operations Manager - the right candidate will have experience in and be responsible for customer service, project tracking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting and bookkeeping.

It's an amazing opportunity for someone tenacious, thinks big, has a dynamic skill set, loves variety, numbers, coordination, creative problem solving, and learning, and is looking for a full-time role.

Selection Criteria

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience using QuickBooks Online
  • Knowledge of Dext, Plooto, and other supplemental accounting software
  • Proficiency in Excel and can utilize, and manipulate computer programs and databases
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Proven sense of urgency and ability to work effectively to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - works well under pressure and stress
  • High energy and enthusiasm level
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and meet the needs of several projects/teams
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, focus on quality
  • Excellent organizational skills are critical
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, suppliers, management and staff, and all levels of the business
  • Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
  • Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to past employers

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually (depending on experience)
