Description
Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office area of our mini storage facility. This position requires one or two days per weekend. The ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and good computer skills. This position is suitable for a retired or semi-retired person.
Duties:
- Manage all front office activities including storage locker rentals, customer check-in/check-out, payment processing, reservations and rental inquiries.
- Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and address customer queries promptly
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a front office/warehouse role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using various office software applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Must be able to work independently and be self motivated
