Description
Sierra Projects Inc. is a Design/Build/General Contractor that specializes in commercial tenant improvements and home renovations.
We are currently hiring for a Outside Sales Person to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct high quality prospecting calls, and in person visits to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Follow up with previous clients by phone, email, in person and Linkedin.
• Nurture long term customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Represent our full suite of services which include Commercial Tenant Improvements, Repairs and Maintenance, Residential Renovations and Custom Millwork.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and Construction experience and knowledge.
• Team-oriented, self motivated, goal oriented and persistent.
Full or Part Time: Commission and possibility of a small base salary depending on experience and qualifications.
