About The Role:

Our growing People Team is looking for a learning focused Coordinator to help create a frictionless experience for our employees and leaders. Support our day-to-day business by providing excellent service while looking for opportunities to improve our processes and technology. This is a great role to learn about the People function and grow your skills, with a path to other roles within the team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome our new hires, and help them feel included and set-up to succeed by executing the new hire process for payroll, benefits, etc. and running weekly onboarding sessions
• Ensure our people data is accurate and maintained in multiple locations;
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding our: programs, benefits, and other employee inquiries, including basic support for our HRIS
• Look for opportunities to streamline our processes and remove barriers so that our teams can focus on doing their best work
• Learn and develop your skills supporting other parts of the People team

Salary

The expected base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $84,000. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
