Hiring! Baseline Health and Wellness a Vancouver's Top Choice award winning Clinic is looking for Physiotherapists to join the team.

At Baseline Health and Wellness, we are always striving to provide the best possible care for our clients and with this move to the downtown core we are looking to service this population!

We offer:

A new clinic setting with a diverse team and a great brand: join our diverse team of practitioners and work together to come up with the most optimal treatment outcomes for our clients. With a variation of clients including ICBC cases, weekend warriors, and office professionals and health care work clients we have a need for a well-versed Physiotherpaist to assist with maximizing the health outcomes of these clients!

Flexibility: Our clinic will be open 7 days per week and we have both morning/early afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts available. Join us part-time or full-time: we’ll work with your needs.

Loyal Client Base: Baseline Health and Wellness has been in operation for over nine years and with two locations, this move to the downtown core will allow us better access to transit and more clients in the business districts.

Competitive Compensation: We offer a 60/40 split (graded scale contract) or if you prefer, a flat rent-based model is also available! *Negotiable* Also, growth opportunities to build into being a team lead and the ability to build a team with profit share compensation for future associates!

A Thriving Team: We are a group of dedicated practitioners from various modalities who believe in a truly collaborative and evidence-informed approach to healthcare. We want to see everyone at Baseline Health and Wellness thrive so you can look forward to both internal referrals and support amongst practitioners and the clinic director. We have optional monthly meetings to see if there are any improvements to be made and to learn from each other on how to treat different issues.

Marketing Plan: We are proud of our practitioners and want you to be seen! We’ll help shine a light on your practice, your abilities, and skills by having systems to help you create content quickly (10-15 mins a month), efficiently, and optimized to reach your target client. We use a variety of systems to ensure that your content will reach prospective clients as well.

Requirements:

• Must be A Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of BC (in good standing);
• Have (or are in the process of obtaining) active Liability Insurance;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00-$95.00 per hour
