Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, helping to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance client satisfaction. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and listings.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for property showings and client meetings.
  • Conduct market research to assist agents in pricing properties competitively.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates on transactions.
  • Maintain organized files and databases for property listings, client information, and transaction records.
  • Support property management tasks as needed, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.
  • Create social media ads and regularly schedule in social media daily.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Leverage multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clientele when applicable.

Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.
  • Great at social media, familiar with Instagram and Facebook especially.
  • Canva experience would be great.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes or property management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in using office software and real estate management tools is advantageous.
