Responsibilities and Duties:

• This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The individual will be responsible for consulting with clients, marketing and conducting property viewings, negotiating deals between buyers; providing legal and technical advice to clients.
• The successful candidate should also be knowledgeable in the local real estate market, be able to communicate effectively with clients, and be willing to work flexible hours. If you are just starting out and willing to learn we are willing to teach.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent.
• Minimum 1+ year of Canada Real Estate experience.
• Knowledge of Canada Real Estate Market and Pre-construction Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
