Description
We are seeking an energetic Receptionist/Concierge for our seniors living community. The candidate should be flexible, works well independently and as a team member and provides exceptional customer service. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office/ Word & Excel, competent to provide support in interventions and services and have an understanding of seniors. You must hold your First Aid Level A and have a clean record check. The ability to lift and move heavy items up to 30lbs.
Temporary Full-time Day Position-
Start Date: December 28th, 2024
Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 8am - 4pm
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Graduation grade 12
First Aid Level A
Criminal Record Clearance
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience with seniors is required.
Computer literate with intermediate Excel and Word.
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently and understand verbal and written instructions.
Organize and maintain the functions of the reception desk.
Assists the Office Coordinator/General Manager with clerical duties as required.
