Description
Ciclo Espresso, an Italian-inspired café, is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Café Regional Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of café operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality and excellent guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of café managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, and high performance.
- Drive recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong and cohesive team aligned with our company culture and values.
- Ensure that every café location upholds Ciclo Espresso's quality standards for food, beverage, and guest service.
- Create training programs to empower staff in delivering a superior café experience, with an emphasis on coffee knowledge, hospitality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new products, seasonal offerings, and specialty drinks that reflect our Italian heritage.
- Oversee new store openings, including setup, training, and ensuring that operational standards are met from day one.
- Develop operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply logistics to ensure cost control and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations at all locations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Tock and Squirrel systems to enhance guest reservations, payments, and service experiences.
- Identify opportunities for local community involvement, events, and partnerships to foster strong relationships and brand presence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create action plans for staff development.
- Establish and maintain quality control systems for food and beverages, ensuring that our product standards are consistently met.
- Develop promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure the café ambiance and branding reflect Ciclo Espresso's Italian roots.
- Manage work schedules, labor costs, and staff deployment across locations to optimize efficiency and service.
- Troubleshoot operational issues swiftly and effectively to minimize any impact on guest experiences.
- Provide hands-on support during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting managing multiple locations.
- Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating a diverse team to achieve goals.
- Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Expertise in managing inventory, budgets, and operational efficiencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests, staff, and management.
- Familiarity with Tock and Squirrel systems for reservations, orders, and payments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a positive work culture.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
