We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and love delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Position: Retail Associate
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Typically 4 week days + Saturday (some flexibility in scheduling for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized style advice.
• Sales: Assist in the sales process from initial consultation to final fitting, helping customers select fabrics, styles, and details for their custom suits.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our fabrics, tailoring options, and suit styles to confidently guide customers through the selection process.
• Fitting Assistance: With training, learn to support customers through their fitting sessions, ensuring their suits are tailored to their exact specifications.
• Store Maintenance + Display: Ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked with products. Bonus points for someone who is keen to put forth window display ideas + help execute window + store displays.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our tailoring and design teams to provide feedback and ensure each customer's needs are met from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Customer-focused: A genuine passion for working with people and creating positive experiences.
• Sales Experience: Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in high-end clothing or custom products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers and staff with diverse backgrounds.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to understand and interpret customers’ needs, ensuring that every detail of the suit is aligned with their vision.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work well with a small, close-knit team.
• Fashion Enthusiast: A strong interest in fashion trends, particularly custom tailoring.
