Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist with 10+ years of experience in a recruitment firm, particularly working with large corporations and global enterprises. Your role will be to expand Djobzy’s reach by connecting with businesses globally, with a focus on the US and Canada. If you have expertise in sales, marketing, and client acquisition, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to businesses, especially large corporations, that can benefit from Djobzy
- Present and explain Djobzy’s services, emphasizing how we help streamline hiring
- Manage follow-ups with potential clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract users and drive engagement
- Oversee social media marketing and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to enhance outreach and sales strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a recruitment firm dealing with large businesses and corporations
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with companies
- Ability to clearly explain services and handle client inquiries
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Experience in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus
