Description

We are currently hiring Servers to join us at Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant & Brewpub in Vancouver!

Located at the Beach Avenue entrance of Stanley Park, our Brewpub & Restaurant is nestled amongst the pitch & putt, lawn bowling and tennis courts, and just steps away from some of the best recreational trails and viewpoints in Vancouver.

This is a fixed-term opportunity ending October 15, 2024, with the opportunity for an extension. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available!

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
• Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
• Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
• Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
• Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices

Working Conditions:

• Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience working as a Server in a restaurant setting, or other applicable hospitality experience
• Valid Serving it Right Certification paired with a thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
• Knowledge of craft beer considered an asset!
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and organizational skills
