Compensation:
- Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 (commensurate with experience)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to support our clients in acquiring new followers, increasing engagement and scaling their influencer campaigns. This role with core strengths in Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, Channel Management, Client Management & Creative Thought Leadership, will be instrumental in managing a variety of client accounts while also spearheading departmental growth initiatives, optimizing processes, and exploring new service offerings to expand our capabilities. Here are the expected outcomes from this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies and creative campaigns that exceed expectations and achieve client goals.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling captions in a multitude of brand voices.
- Creative Strategy: Design, develop and curate written, visual + video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Engagement: Monitor & engage within client social media channels for comments, messages and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships with followers, in a highly responsive manner.
- Analyze: Track, analyze and regularly report on client social media performance using analytics tools, and use findings to iterate campaigns to drive client goals.
- Account Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding client business needs, acting as a point of contact and strategic advisor for all social media content and ad management matters.
- Provide guidance and support to social media coordinators to ensure client goals are met.
- Industry Leadership: Keep up-to-date on trends impacting social media and influencer marketing, to help our clients optimize performance.
- Serve as a thought leader in Social Media and the impact of Influencer Marketing by contributing to our company blog, LinkedIn posts, and social channels.
What You Bring:
To get to know you better, it would be great if your resume can demonstrate the following experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and/or agency experience is strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a social media management or similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
- 2+ years of proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Proficient knowledge in Instagram, Facebook, Later, TikTok, Youtube, and other social platforms.
- Strong creative design skills & competent in using design platforms (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later) is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
