This Role:

As the Team Lead, Professional Services for Quadbridge, you will provide day to day leadership to the Professional Services team while continuing to work on Professional Services projects. Leading a team of highly experienced Subject Matter Experts, you will help build a culture of delivering exceptional service while driving operational excellence and innovation. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset to ensure that our professional services exceed customer expectations and achieve organizational goals.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and contribute to developing team members through coaching and mentoring of the team. Act as an escalation point for issues and contribute to hiring and scheduling to maintain optimal team staffing. Support attainment of technical presales SLAs, project delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization and Automation: Implement process improvements and automation strategies to reduce delivery costs and enhance client experiences.
  • Strategic Involvement: Engage with sales operations and vendor programs to maximize team potential and contribute to business growth.
  • Professional Services Projects: Develop and implement technology solutions through the entire lifecycle of the project (PreSales, Implementation, Project Closure/hand-off)

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Technical proficiency in IT systems and project management tools.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
