Pro Broker Agency works within the real estate industry to provide outbound calling services for real estate, mortgage and finance offices.

Deion:

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Remote Appointment Setters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients, making outbound calls, and conducting follow-up tasks as necessary. This is a remote position that requires the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments
- Manage and maintain a database of potential clients
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure appointment commitments
- Meet or exceed daily appointment setting goals
- Record and maintain accurate information about each call made

Requirements:

- Fluency in English as a first language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location
- Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus
- Strong time-management and organizational skills

Compensation:

This is a full-time or part time remote position with competitive remuneration.
